Return Policy

We at nativbird.com, understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

Therefore, in the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with what you ordered, just return it to us. You can conveniently initiate the return by writing to us at hello@nativbird.com. We will ensure you get a resolution as quickly as possible.

Our Returns policy may vary slightly depending on the product or seller. 
We assure you that all products sold on nativbird, are brand new and locally crafted or manufacutred. 

In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement/Exchange.

CONDITIONS:
You, contact us (at hello@nativbird.com) within 24 hrs once you recieve the product.
Item must be in marketable condition (all tags still attached, unwashed & unworn, inside the plastic packaging).

Buyer can not apply for the return of the Item due to a change of mind.

Please take note that reported items are still subject to quality assessment.

NON-RETURNABLE:
Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Notify us via email at hello@nativbird.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the item and provide the following proof of purchase: photo of item inside the packaging.

If Return Acceptance conditions are met, we will ship the  replacement for free.

The company will send an email confirmation to return the item within 24 hours to the address provided.

EFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS:
Item/s delivered with damage must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s.

Please ensure that the packaging of the items is secured to avoid damage. We strongly advice the use of dependable couriers that provide tracking services and details.

Beyond 48 hours, Replacement will be not entertained.

Due hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for innerwear or swimwear.

We also cannot accept returns of sealed items that have been unsealed by the customer, such as skincare products.
